1. Job Title
• Sales Support Manager
2. Experience / Skill requirements
• 3+ years’ experience of international business / sales support / operation.
• High level of Microsoft office skill for analyzing sales data.
• Experience of creating official quotation (Electronics, IT products).
• Experience of SAP system.
• Experience of Salesforce (Preferred).
3. Job Description
1) Sales team commercial issue support.
• Create special product (customized VSAT system) sales quotation.
• Reponse customer mail inquiry.
Stock availability check with operation team.
Product lead time discussion with HQ.
2) Implementation role
• Understanding of pending issues and list up the action items check the progress from each department and report to support team leader and sales V.P.
• Sales Pipeline review and update to Salesforce, capturing new opportunity from internal meeting and follow up.
• Create pipeline in salesforce with request from Sales V.P. and follow up the progress, review production planning based on the pipeline.
3) SAP sales demand plan - sales demand plan review and confirm from SAP based on understanding of pipeline.
4) Projection/risk review- review sales projection / sales risk and report to Sales VP and sales support team leader.
