Sales Finance Analyst
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Sales Finance Team as a Sales Finance Analyst. Our Sales Finance team is responsible for managing the rebates and terms processes. As a Sales Finance Analyst, you will assume responsibility for managing the end to end customer rebates process including proposal, approvals and contracts, customer contract management and manage month end rebate provision calculation. In addition, you will administrator any Ad-hoc sales reporting, analysis and other tasks as requested.
Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage the end to end customer rebates process including proposal, approvals and contracts
• Business Partnering with sales teams on the customer rebates process
• Responsible for processing claim payments
• Ad-hoc sales reporting, analysis and other tasks as requested
• Ensure adherence to corporate processes

• Support developing a ROI analysis process incorporating quantitative measures.
• Support customer contract management – Trade term analysis and balance adjustment
• Support month end closing: Accrual clearing process, Rebate provision calculations
Skills, Education and Experience:
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analysis, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing datasets
• Organisational skills with an attention to details
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent communication skills
• A creative mindset with relentless curiosity
2. Marketing Planning Manager
This role reports to the Head of Sales Finance within our Sales Finance Management team. We seek an talented Planner and Strategist to bring discipline and budget controlling standards through original thinking, compelling presentations, and healthy relationship relationships with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities;
- Marketing cost control in line with business guidelines (a balanced budget, surplus budget, and deficit budget)
- Management of various marketing campaigns and activity progress, engaging directly with the business to ensure efficient planning, execution, and measurement.
- Lead development of ROI analysis process in collaboration with marketing team
- Train marketing team in terms of operational aspects
- EHQ/HQ reports
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations
- Good understanding in process management
- Good Excel skills
