Business Support Manager
Annual Salary:      25, 700 pounds
Work hours:            40 hours    per week
 

Job description:
• Overseeing and manage the company’s day to day operation;
• Plans work schedules, assigns tasks and delegates responsibilities;
• Overseeing the activities and performance of the staff;
• Recruits and trains new staff;
• Ensuring quality of products meet the best standards before they are to be delivered;
• In charge of importing ingredients from South Korea;
• Communicating with suppliers in South Korea;
• Communicating with customers in European countries and preparing export documents and deliver them to the relevant parties;
• Coordinating with logistics company and ensuring delivery is made in a timely manner.
• Help the owner with all aspect of business support.

The skill, experience and qualifications required for post

• Native or fluent in English and Korean
• Knowledge of manufacture of rice cakes
• Customer service related experience is an advantage
• Work experience in Importing & Exporting is an advantage
• Bachelor degree preferred, but not necessary
