K-People Europe is a recruitment consultancy specialized in Korean speaking jobs with a dedicated Korean recruitment consultant working in London since 2007.
Our client, a market leading employee benefit consultancy, is looking for a Korean speaking Client Liaison.
[Purpose of the job]
(1) To provide risk and healthcare consulting advice to clients.
(2) Preparation of client reports, data sets, research and benchmarking and management of day to day administration of risk and healthcare schemes.
(3) Attend and assisting on client meetings as requested to include renewal, mid-term and new-business client appointments on the following Corporate products:- PMI, GL, GIP, GCI, Int. PMI, EAP, PA, Cash Plans, Dental, Travel, Occ Health, Personal Memberships
(4) To retain and develop an existing client portfolio and acquire new clients/products in the most efficient and cost effective manner, within the laid down procedures.
[Key Responsibilities]
(1) Draft reports to Clients on specific Client issues.
(2) Draft and co-ordinate technical reports and research for Client presentation.
(3) Oversee changes/restructures of Clients’ benefit arrangements.
(4) Provide day to day Client administration
(5) Manage a portfolio so client goals are met in accordance with specified objectives and constraints.
(6) Building and targeting a prospect list as part of new business development strategy
(7) Ensuring product knowledge is kept up to date by means of regular update meetings with the insurers and self-help regarding products, insurers and adhering to legislation.
(8) Managing all processes including renewals in FCA compliant manner.
(9) Liaising and building ongoing relationships with clients, insurers and introducers.
(10) Assist with recording and tracking client renewals, client meeting notes and new-business
(11) Assist with reviewing private medical insurance Group Secretary Reports on a monthly basis and advising clients accordingly.
(12) Adhering to regulatory requirements at all times
(13) Working in accordance with Data Protection and adhering to conduct risk at all times
[Requirements]
(1) Must be fluent in both Korean & English
(2) Customer orientated and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
(3) Excellent communication and presentation skills
(4) Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
(5) Ability to liaise and communicate confidently at board, director and MD level
(6) Good understanding of Korean/Far Eastern working culture to enable effective and confident client interactions
(7) Excellent MS Office skills
(8) Self-starter, able to work using own initiative, and good team player
[Conditions]
(1) Job location: City of London
(2) Official working hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm
(3) Annual basic salary range: 25~30K (depending on experience)
(4) Performance based bonus, pension, life insurance, medical insurance
(5) 33 days of annual holiday (25 holidays + 8 bank holidays)
