OVERVIEW
EBIN EUROP LTD. is seeking a motivated and energetic eCommerce & Social Media Manager who will be hands on responsible for our eCommerce and marketing infrastructure.
The eCommerce & Social Media Manager will be accountable for driving the sales of all the eCommerce channels, including Amazon Marketplace and will create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for EBIN.

KEY DUTIES
• Analyze business trends and provide recommendations to maximize sales and profits.
• Oversee and supervise the responsibilities of other staff in the Marketing/eCommerce team; collaborate with Marketing efforts like social media, traditional and digital marketing, brand strategy, public relations, and advertising.
• Create, produce, and publish captivating and entertaining content on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest.
• Track analytics, access campaign effectiveness, and recommend optimizations based on performance.
• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to enhance online sales performance
• Deal with day-to-day issues from Amazon or Amazon customers.
• Manage product listing and monitor inventory levels and performance.
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns.
• Work alongside warehouse team to dispatch FBA stock.
• Research new suppliers for (new) products to sell on the account.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including e-commerce, sales and marketing team.
