Our client, a global blue chip company, is looking for Korean speaking Business Support Assistant Manager.
[Key Responsibilities]
1. Support Business Strategy Team
(1) Update and analyse spreadsheets and databases with statistical data
(2) Collate required data and align with subsidiaries on local plans
(3) Support to issue monthly business report
(4) Support to create business operation strategy slides
(5) Compile and analyse reports and create ad-hoc reports as required
(6) Support to create dashboard based on Facebook Practical Insights
(7) Compile business strategy documents of own accord, and work across team functions to support empirical comprehension of fact based sales risk and opportunity scenarios.
(8) Proactively engage subsidiaries and HQ to identify standard methodology and formulate guidance for implementation with appropriate internal partners.
2. Market Monitoring
(1) Supervise Sales / Demand trend of each product by analyzing SCM data
(2) Analyze Market Share data in weekly/monthly basis
3. Business Intelligence Dashboard
(1) Maintain and plan for the business intelligence dashboards
(2) Support developers of business intelligence dashboards
(3) Collate required data and align with subsidiaries on local plans
(4) Support the team with ad-hoc projects as the need arises
(5) Lead the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments for the team executive
4. Secretarial Support
(1) Arranging travel including flight schedule, visas and accommodation.
(2) Follow-up management; Creating travel debriefs and collating expenses.
(3) Preparing letters, presentations and reports for meetings between staff of all levels of seniority.
(4) Learn and use SCM to create documents and reports on the team executive's request
(5) Coordinating the team executive’s schedule with subsidiaries and HQ.
(6) Main contact for sharing information as required by the team executive.
(7) Organising and maintaining the team executive’s diary, and making appointments (meeting room hire, catering, and equipment and restaurant bookings)
[Requirements]
(1) Must be fluent in both Korean & English
(2) Minimum 2 years’ proven experience in Marketing & Sales related jobs
(3) Strong content development and writing skills in providing materials, tools, emails, web content, newsletters, announcements, customer advocacy, forums, programs and calendars for both internal and external communication purposes.
(4) Highly numerate with excellent analytical skills (advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint are essential)
(5) Excellent verbal and written communication skill
(6) High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
[Conditions]
(1) Job location: Chertsey, Surrey (free shuttle from/to Weybridge Railway Station)
(2) Job type: full-time & ongoing PAYE contract (no end date)
* Flexible working arrangement available: 2 days at home & 3 days in the office
(3) Hours of work: 37.5 hour per week (some overtime may be required for emergencies and projects)
(4) Annual basic salary: 30~40K (equivalent to daily rate £135~£162)
(5) Performance based bonus (following AWR), access to staff sales discount, government pension auto-enrollment
(6) Annual leave: 33 (25 holidays + 8 bank holidays, pro-rata)
