Job Type: Full-time
Job Location: London (West London. Postcode: UB2 5FB)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
deal directly with customers either by telephone, via email and at times in persons
respond promptly to customer inquiries
handle and resolve customer complaints
to handle product and service inquiries
provide delivery information
flexible supporting roles for other departments
REQUIREMENTS
- Good phone etiquette
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Initiative
- Have a good computer skill of MS Office.
- Legally permitted to work in the UK

Based in UB2 5FB
Starting hourly wage of £ 9.50 during probation
Salary package after confirmation
Pension contribution

Free parking on site
Working Days / Hours:
5 days working week
Between Monday to Saturday
Working hours may vary between 07:00 to 15:00 (working hours will be limited to 8 hour shift)
