Junior Accountant / Accounts assistant
CHOACCOUNTANCY AND PRACTICE LTD

Positions are available for an experienced accountant (AAT qualified or ACCA part qualified) with a minimum of one year experience in practice to join our team.

Duties will include but not be limited to:
Bookkeeping, validating and reviewing accounting entries
Payroll process
VAT submissions and returns
Bank Reconciliations
Accounts preparation for limited companies and sole traders
Email/Call correspondence with clients
Administrative and secretarial works
Any ad_hoc duties related to tax return & annual accounts

The successful candidate will ideally have the following:
To be proactive and a self-starter with the ability to work with minimum supervision
Strong attention to details
Tax and accounting, payroll experience can be an advantage
Good level of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Able to prioritise own workload
Able to deliver within deadlines
Good communication skills

What you shall receive:
25 to 28 days holiday per annum (plus Bank holidays)
Competitive rate of pay
Study support towards ACCA Qualification available

Job Types: Full / Part-time
Salary: ￡18,000 ~ ￡23,000 per annum

Fluency in written Korean would be considered a strong advantage, as a high proportion of established clientele is multi-national Korean corporate bodies operating in UK.
