K-People Europe is a recruitment consultancy specialized in Korean speaking jobs with a dedicated Korean recruitment consultant working in London since 2007.

Our client, a global blue chip company, is looking for Korean speaking Business & Marketing Analyst who will be responsible for supporting its team with the aggregation and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to facilitate strategic decision making through an understanding of market trends, key competitor insights, and business performance.

A key function of this role is working with business analytics tools, GfK and consumer data to ensure the delivery of timely and accurate information to meet our commercial objectives. This will require the post holder to be thorough in process and focused on accuracy with the ability to work independently.

[Key Responsibilities]
(1) Support the Business Intelligence, Product, and Commercial teams with fresh business performance and market insights to facilitate short-term tactical, and mid-term strategic decision making.
(2) Compile business strategy documents of own accord, and work across team functions to support empirical comprehension of fact based sales risk and opportunity scenarios.
(3) Proactively engage subsidiaries and HQ to identify best practice and formulate guidance for implementation with appropriate internal partners.
(4) Deep dive into business and reports generated by HQ to identify trends and opportunities to support sell out performance.
(5) Streamline internal reporting systems and processes to achieve team efficiencies.
(6) Ensure data produced by internal and external functions has commercial context and is timely and accurate.
(7) Deliver new and fresh insights to support internal decision making with a quantitative and qualitative data led approach.
(8) Improve the visibility, consistency, and flow of appropriate information across the business to support timely decision making and anticipation of issues that require counter measures.
(9) Support the formulation and successful implementation analytical tools and processes that streamline workflows and improve the efficiency of the team’s business operations.

[Requirements]
(1) Must be fluent in both Korean & English
(2) Highly numerate with excellent analytical skills (advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint are essential)
(3) Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
(4) Thorough in process and passionate about accuracy with a desire to make continuous improvement
(5) Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and quickly adapt to changing priorities and processes

[Conditions]
(1) Job location: Chertsey, Surrey (free shuttle from/to Weybridge Railway Station)
(2) Job type: full-time & ongoing temporary contract
(3) Hours of work: 37.5 hour per week (some overtime may be required for emergencies and projects)
(4) Basic salary: daily rate up to £173 (equivalent to annual salary up to 44K)
(5) Performance based bonus (following AWR), access to staff sales discount, government pension auto-enrolment
(6) Annual leave: 33 (25 holidays + 8 bank holidays, pro-rata)
