K-People Europe is a recruitment consultancy specialized in Korean speaking jobs with a dedicated Korean recruitment consultant working in London since 2007.
Our client, an industry leading global company, is urgently looking for a Korean speaking Office Administrator.
1. Responsibilities
(1) General office admin duties
- Answer incoming calls, determine purpose of call and transfer call while avoiding cold calls.
- For a call from an end user, instruct them to call Technical Support team which is based in different office with customer focus mind.
- Greet visitors and offer refreshments while directing them to the appropriate offices.
- Book meeting room and conference facilities.
- Manage travel arrangements for staff and other external contacts with cost-effective approach (flight, hotel, taxi, visa, NI number, etc.)
- Provide good level of hospitality for long-term staying visitors from HQ.
- Track stocks of office and kitchen supplies and place orders when necessary (this may include negotiation with suppliers and service providers).
- Sort and distribute incoming post and organise and send outgoing post (this involves the use of a franking machine which is very easy to learn if an application doesn’t know how to use)
- Arrange in-house events (birthday, team building, workshop, Christmas party, etc.)
- Manage meeting diary of trade shows and provide any necessary admin support
- Ensure safe and good office environment to staff during day time. (General office cleaning is done after working hour by a professional cleaning company)
- Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and filling duties
- Ensure office and company house facilities maintained well
- Visit Legalisation Office to get documents notarised and legalised.
- Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects and activities as and when required.
(2) PA duties: Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
(3) Basic Sales Admin
- Submit timely reports (weekly customer sales out data, monthly internal sales data)
- Send an invoice to customers
- Support SCM operation and Sales
2. Requirements
(1) Fluent in both Korean & English(frequent communications with non-Korean speakers)
(2) Must have minimum 1 year of office work experience
(3) Excellent communication & inter-personal skills
(4) Excellent MS Office skills
(5) Flexible, imaginative problem-solver with common sense and initiative
(6) Highly organised person with good attention to detail
(7) Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
(8) A great team player yet ability to work independently depending on task
3. Conditions
(1) Job type: full-time/permanent
(2) Job location: West London (30min from London Waterloo Station)
(3) Working hours: 8:30am~5:30pm
(4) Annual leave: 28 days (including 8 Bank/Public Holidays)
(5) Basic salary: 22~24K (depending upon experience)
