CUSTOMER SERVICE / INDOOR SALES WITH A SEAFOOD WHOLESALER
Job Type: Full-time
Job Location: London (West London. Postcode: UB2 5FB)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
deal directly with customers either by telephone, via email and at times in persons
• respond promptly to customer inquiries
• handle and resolve customer complaints
• to handle product and service inquiries
• provide delivery information
• flexible supporting roles for other departments
REQUIREMENTS
- Good phone etiquette
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Initiative
- Have a good computer skill of MS Office.
- Legally permitted to work in the UK

Based in UB2 5FB
Starting hourly wage of £ 9.50 during probation
Salary package after confirmation
Pension contribution

Free parking on site
Working Days / Hours:
5 days working week
Between Monday to Saturday
Working hours may vary between 07:00 to 17:00 (working hours will be limited to 8 hour shift)
