Darkfield에서 제작한 immersive audio show DOUBLE의 한국어 버전 녹음을 위해 한국인 배우분을 구합니다. 올해 7월에 런칭하여 베니스 비엔날레에 초청되었던 DOUBLE은 앱을 통해 일정한 시각에 각자 집에서 경험할 수 있는 오디오 연극입니다.

THE ROLE
We are looking for a Korean male performer to take part in a recording for a binaural immersive audio show called
DOUBLE. DOUBLE explores the Capgras delusion, a terrifying condition in which the sufferer is convinced that a loved one
has been replaced by an exact replica with malign intentions - there is one performer, speaking directly to the audience
member throughout.

THE PROJECT
DARKFIELD RADIO is a groundbreaking new project bringing DARKFIELD’s innovative audio experiences to audiences at
home. The DARKFIELD RADIO app, available on IOS and Android is designed to deliver the show at a set time and date.
Excitingly we have now partnered with Wooran Federation in Korea to bring the DARKFIELD RADIO experiences to Korea
- starting with the first show: DOUBLE. DOUBLE was released in the UK in July 2020, to critical acclaim, and was selected
for the Venice International Film Festival.

TO APPLY
● To apply for the role, send an email to info@darkfield.org with your CV and expression of interest.
● We will then set you up to listen to the English version of the show, and send you an extract of the Korean script.
● You will then need to supply us with a voice recording of the extract in the same style as the show.

DATES/LOCATION
Recording 21st OR 22nd November. The days will be no longer than 6 hours.
28th November if necessary - to be confirmed at a later date.
The recording will take place in a flat in Hackney, East London.

FEE
£200 per day.
COVID SAFE
We will do everything we can to create a Covid safe environment - the space will be cleaned prior to entry, with
social distancing throughout the recording, hand sanitiser and masks provided and minimal team members
present.
