K-People Europe is a recruitment consultancy specialized in Korean speaking jobs with a dedicated Korean national recruitment consultant.

Our client is looking for a Korean speaking Accounts Assistant.

[Responsibilities]
(1) General bookkeeping
(2) Track and Reconcile bank statement
(3) Process Tax Payment included VAT return
(4) Posting transactions to SAP
(5) Support monthly payroll and keep organized records
(6) Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed
(7) Participate in quarterly and annual audits
(8) Other ad-hoc accounts related administration supports.

[Requirements]
(1) Must be fluent in both Korean & English
(2) Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting work experience in UK
(3) Accounting related degree or qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA preferred
(4) Proficient in MS Office packages, in particular Excel (V-Look Ups, Pivot Tables), SAP skill preferred
(5) Analytical, organizedand good attention to detail
(6) Organizational and time-management skills to complete tasks to deadlines and under pressure

[Working conditions]
(1) Job type: full-time/permanent
(2) Job location: Guildford, Surrey (car park available, free shuttle from/to Guildford rail station)
  * Due to Covid-19 situation, remote working is available after handover period.
(3) Basic salary: up to 34K (negotiable depending on experience)
(4) Performance based bonus, pension
(5) Official working hours: 8am~4:30pm
(6) Annual paid leave: 30 days (including 8 Bank/Public Holidays)
