Our client, a global blue chip company, is looking for Korean speaking Business Project Coordinator. (official job title is Quality Assurance Officer)
[Purpose of the Job]
(1) You will need to be able to sell projects via account management role and also hit the ground running and pick up projects, as well as work on projects from initiation through to completion.
(2) Managing the project plan, quality and risks of IT projects and develop new business opportunities
(3) To consult and coordinate new IT solutions to resolve issues faced by clients
(4) You will need to take a role of Quality Assurance Consultant to work on IT shared service management team as well.
[Key Responsibilities]
(1) Ownership of allocated projects from planning through to delivery
(2) Identify key project stakeholders and build effective relationships with customers
(3) Prepare project plans and business requirement documentation
(4) Ensure test cases and UAT are in place, and are executed appropriately
(5) Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure critical controls are implemented
(6) Manage the project team across different geographical locations.
(7) Complete understanding and control of projects, their current status, their requirements and deadlines
Identify risks and recommend plan for contingencies
(8) Track and resolves risks, issues, and action items throughout project lifecycle
(9) Ensure project activities meet requirements and corporate standards
(10) Prepare presentation material and present to senior managers as and when required
(11) Manage issues related to business professionally and promptly.
(12) Identification and development of new business opportunities in the client base
(13) Quality guidance training to IT service engineer periodically.
(14) Managing & report SLA (Service Level Agreement) every month and weekly report.
(15) Support SR (service request) ticket system and Ad-hoc reporting to manager or HQ.
[Requirements]
(1) Must be fluent in both Korean & English
(2) Ability to organize project work effectively, reprioritize as new demands/changes arise
(3) Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
(4) A good understanding of IT system and the ability to measure IT service key performance indicate.
(5) Knowledge of MS Office Tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
(6) Proactive, independent, responsible attitude.
(7) Very strong relationship building and influencing skills.
(8) Must be a self-starter and be able to work comfortably in unstructured environments
(9) Involvement in meetings and workshops from initiation to delivery.
[Conditions]
(1) Job location: Weybridge, Surrey (on-site car park, free shuttle from/to Weybridge Railway Station)
(2) Job type: Full-time & 12 month maternity cover contract
(3) Hours of work: 37.5 hour per week
(4) Annual basic salary: Up to 29K (depending on experience)
(5) Performance based bonus, pension, life assurance, health insurance, etc.
(6) Annual leave: 33 (25 holidays + 8 bank holidays)
