Job Title: Assistant Digital Content Manager
OVERALL JOB PURPOSE
To ensure website is fully optimised with active products, compelling landing pages, engaging banner communications to deliver the best possible digital brand experience to the consumer.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Website management (UK service relates page):
• Review each site and mark out the changes required in it
• Execute a regular follow up and assessment of the performance of the sites
• Regular update and manage on service youtube channel
• Plan out future modifications for the sites and developing the online presence and success of the sites maintenance
• Troubleshoot the UK service site (including content, links etc.)
General Digital Content:
• To prepare of digital content from resizing images to editing digital footage for website, ensuring that all displayed content
at any venue is logged as changed.
• To support a number of digital and content related initiatives to include, but not limited to, service & marketing team sharing tools;
internal digital communications/newsletters;
Communication & Reporting:
• Support communication with HQ/EHQ to provide the up to date service related contents
• Support communication with local service team to update in service sites
Analyzing & SVC team support:
• Analyzing consumer feedback, reporting into the business the result of consumer feedback
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Education and Qualifications: Graduate calibre and with digital content management experience and some graphic design experience. Ideally will also have experience of the Consumer Electronics industry.
Experience:
• Excellence in execution – able to balance multiple projects and work to aggressive time scales within budget.
Manage complexity and its implications within projects. Insists on high implementation standards.
• Commerciality and business acumen – has to be able to demonstrate a track record in balancing commercial, customer
and consumer motivations to deliver outstanding results.
• Numeracy/analytical skills and financial awareness – experience of using financial tools and models to help evaluate strategy
and key initiatives.
• Relationship building – must be comfortable in dealing with customers, agencies and other key stakeholders and have an ability
to build positive relationships.
• Gravitas – has to be able to quickly build the respect and trust of internal and external stakeholders with tangible delivery
of business benefit in short time frames.
Personal Attributes, Behaviours and Competencies:
• Excellent organisational and administration skills & attributes
• Highly focused and capable of sustaining a fast pace in a dynamic environment
• Completer finisher; able to be resilient to drive issues through to a successful customer focused solution.

• Able to be flexible and develop quality, customer-focused targets and service
• Can-do attitude.
