K-People Europe is a recruitment consultancy specialized in Korean speaking jobs with a dedicated Korean recruitment consultant working in London since 2007.
Our client, a reputable financial institution located in the heart of City of London, is urgently looking for a Korean speaking Accounts Administrator. This is a great opportunity for those who wish to start an accounting career in a fresh graduate/entry level position.
[Key Responsibilities]
(1) Financial accounting
- Daily cash management
- Preparation of monthly statutory accounts; F/S, P/L
- Preparation of annual accounts and consolidation packages
- Preparation of accounting information as required
(2) Tax accounting
- Preparation of personal tax returns and corporate tax returns
- Communication with HMRC & External tax team regarding tax issues
- Preparation of VAT returns
- Payroll management including Auto-enrolment
(3) Ad-hoc administrative support
- Invoicing Inter-companies including building management issues
- Visa & Immigration related work to liaise UKBA
- Office maintenance
[Requirements]
(1) Fluent in both English & Korean (frequent communications with non-Korean speakers)
(2) Any accounting related experience or education/qualification is preferred
(3) Excellent numerical skills with attention to details
(4) Excellent communication & inter-personal skills
(5) Excellent MS Office skills
(6) Self-starter, able to work using own initiative, and good team player
[Conditions]
(1) Location: City of London (Bank area)
(2) Working hours: 8am~5pm
(3) Annual leave: 28 working days (excluding 8 Bank/Public Holidays)
(4) Salary: 24~25K (depending on experience) + performance based bonus
