Senior Digital Innovation Consultant skills & experience:
• Outline the scope of the work and identify and map out schedules, milestones, and required resources to meet the project objectives
• Develop and carry out communications to client’s senior stakeholders, company staff, and internal and external project teams
• Work with the senior leadership and across the organization for facilitating application of various approaches, methodologies and framework
• Build credible customer relationships both in immediate team and across multiple customer groups
• Deal with ambiguities and operate in a fast paced environment requiring minimal supervision
• Work in collaboration under a team environment
Qualifications
• At least 8+ years or equivalent experiences of business management in larger corporations or consulting experience in leading management consulting firms (Top 3, Deloitte, KPMG, E&Y etc)
• Experience in project management principles and the best practices leading to deliverable products that include briefings and documents
• Experience directly managing multiple people across multiple projects
• Experience with, or in-depth knowledge of the consumer electronics industry
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills and ability to structure analyses to solve ambiguous client challenges
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in both English and Korean preferably
• MBA or Master's degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred

Digital Innovation Consultant skills & experience:
• Assist the senior consultant or consulting group leader in coordinating fieldwork for assignments by contributing to the development of project plans, fieldwork task schedules, scheduling and preparing for workshops and interviews, gathering documentation, and liaising with client staff
• Perform engagement procedures designed to identify and define issues, review and analyse evidence, and document business processes. Prepare working papers to support results of procedures
• Identify, develop and document issues and recommendations using independent judgment concerning areas being reviewed
• Assist in coordinating and communicating the results of consulting and internal projects via written reports and oral presentations to management
• Ensure all review notes are addressed and reviewed with the consulting team
• Participate in the drafting of reports and presenting draft to the senior consultant or manager for review and approval
• Related projects/work as assigned
Qualifications
• At least 3+ years or equivalent experiences of business management in larger corporations or consulting experience in leading management consulting firms (Top 3, Deloitte, KPMG, E&Y etc)
• Experience in developing proposals for submission to prospective clients
• Experience in providing support as required to the administration of the management consulting practice
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Willingness to work overtime and flexible hours during peak periods
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills with ability to communicate and build rapport with colleagues, and clients
• Proven ability to work in a team-orientated environment
• Proficiency in English; Korean language skills considered an asset
• Bachler degree in top-tier university is preferred
