어느정도 질문은 예상했고 답변을 드리려고했지만...
 이렇게 A부터 Z까지 심지어 영국회사 이름이 뭐냐는 질문과 대중교통비, care assistant와 healthcare assistant차이가 무엇이나 DBS개념, 세금 어떻게 떼냐등등 질문을 받고..글을 함부로 올리면 안되는구나를 느꼈습니다.(UK gov에 찾아보세요....하다못해 블로그라도 찾아보세요......아니면 회사 HR팀에 물어보세요...)

절차가 있지만 저를 통해 추천받으시면(refferal) 생각보다 까다롭지 않습니다.
계약서 당연히 작성하고요. Zero contract이기 때문에 카페,레스토랑보다 더 비교적 자유롭게 일할수 있습니다.
처음하시는 일이기때문에 당연히 트레이닝이이 들어갑니다.(무급) 트레이닝 후, 고객을 간병하기전에 무조건 shadowing이라는 관찰업무를 하는데 이건 당연히 기본최저시급으로 페이합니다. 후에 환자를 직접 혼자 care하고 일정시간마다 double worker가 와서 도와줍니다. 혼자 직접 care하기 전에 nurse가 혼자 일을 할수 있는지 평가를 하고요(페이 지급) .이후 일을 시작합니다. 일은 간단하게 간병업무입니다만, 고객을 잘만난다면 특별히 고객관리 시간외의 자유시간이 있어 저같은 경우 12시간중  실제 일하는건 합쳐서 4~5시간입니다.

Hourly pay rates range between £12 - £14/hr
Typically, our client base requires ongoing care, 24 hours a day, and benefit from the continuity of a small core team of regular care staff.
Our specialist carers work with one client per shift and do not travel between multiple homes. The average shift is duration 12hrs.
Where possible we will offer you work to meet your availability and as a guide, the average carer works three shifts (36hrs) per week for us and earns £500 - 555 p/wk*.
The regular working patterns that our clients require mean this three day a week work pattern equates to an average annual income of between £26,200 - £28,950*.
We employ all staff directly and manage all aspects of your pay via PAYE, rather than Limited Company or Self-employed status. This removes the need for you employ third party companies or calculate your own tax. PAYE also protects you from breaching IR35 tax regulations.
Please note: This dependant of their shift pattern (days/nights/weekends) and these rates shown are inclusive of holiday pay which is accumulated per hour worked.
