K-People Europe is a recruitment consultancy specialized in Korean speaking jobs with a dedicated Korean recruitment consultant working in London since 2007.
Our client, a global blue chip IT company, is looking for Korean speaking IT System (Data Protection) Manager who will collaborate with project teams and operations ensuring that support issues are tracked, resolved and communicated effectively, and also play a big part in ensuring high-quality responses to customers' issues in an ever timely and efficient way.
[Key Responsibilities]
(1) Gain full application familiarisation and understanding of the business processes of the client company
(2) Communicate with client and keep them up to date with progress of their incident, both through phone and an incident logging tool
(3) Respond to new incidents quickly and resolve the majority of incidents within the clients SLA
(4) Defect fixing of designated problems.
(5) Create technical and user documentation based on learnings in support and gaps in the application's documentation.
(6) Working in project teams to develop data analytics solutions for clients, and data-driven technology assets.
(7) Developing solution features, following development best practices and architecture guidelines.
(8) Using data analytics tools and techniques to identify patterns, extract outliers, and perform analyses to address client problems.
(9) Developing data visualisations to display analyses to end users.
(10) Testing and validating solutions.
[Requirements]
(1) Must be fluent in both Korean & English
(2) Must have minimum 5 years IT experience or equivalent preferably with in a large and challenging multi-national organization
(3) Document I/F level management experience with large volume of channels & EDI documents (FTP, Web Service)
(4) Experienced in system management in any of the following - asp.net, java, php development / operation
(5) JIRA Administration (Dashboard, form design, workflow, report creation, troubleshooting etc.)
(6) Intermediate Database skills in both MS SQL Server and Oracle
(7) Intermediate level programming skills in both Java and JSON
(8) Knowledge on ASP.net would be an advantage
(9) Intermediate level front end skills in any of the following HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS
(10) Ability to liaise with internal and external customers at all levels
(11) Well presented, professional and dedicated with good documentation skills
[Conditions]
(1) Job location: Chertsey, Surrey (walking distance from Chertsey Railway Station)
(2) Hours of work: 37.5 hour per week (some overtime work may be required for emergencies and projects)
(3) Annual basic salary: up to 80K (depending on experience)
(4) Performance based bonus, pension, life assurance, private medical insurance, etc.
(5) Annual leave: 33 (25 holidays + 8 bank holidays)
