1. 구인(업무) 내용 :
Purpose of the position
The International Account Manager is responsible for building relationships with the existing international accounts, ensuring customers’ needs are anticipated and fulfilled whilst renewing and upgrading their subscriptions. This role will be focused on the Asia-Pacific region and will be working with new and existing clients.
This is a maternity cover role and will come with a competitive salary, as well as commission of 30% OTE.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Deliver revenue targets by working directly with clients and develop new plans to widen the customer base.
Deliver revenue targets across all sales channels including commercial agents, local BSI offices and other partner organisations.
Gain thorough understanding of territory and business environment, and be the Voice of the Customer.
Ensure optimal level of customer service, and resolve any issues effectively.
Design and implement various strategies for territory business plans.
Analyse and recommend strategies to management to increase effectiveness of accounts management
Coordinate with customers and analyse customer requirements and resolve all inquiries.
Account management network to develop an effective international network.
Manage all communication with contacts in an appropriate manner.
Maintain knowledge and developments of all products.
About You
Proven experience of existing account management
Experience of selling/account management to international territories, as well as working across different timezones.
Ability to identify upsell opportunities
Experience of using database management systems (IT skills)
Experience of conducting effective communications with internal/external stakeholders
Excellent customer service skills
Sound negotiation skills
Speaking and writing skills in Japanese, Korean or Chinese are desirable but not essential for this role.
