Office Admin Assistant
Location: Guildford, Surrey
Contract: Full Time
Job Summary
Navien Ltd is looking to recruit an Office Admin Assistant with a keen interest in marketing support.
The candidate will work in this fast paced, dynamic team to develop new product launches, marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives for the Global leader in Domestic and Commercial Heating appliances manufacturer.
Responsibilities / Duties
-Providing office administrative support
-Completing any ad hoc tasks as directed by line manager
-Support Marketing team in new product development setup; including quarterly sales meetings preparation, product launch event.
-Work with Key members of the wider business in the execution of UK specific point of sale for all heating related business.
-Assisting marketing team in the development of all brand specific activity in store (co-development with key merchants) to increase
awareness and engagement for the brand.
-Operational support for workshops and webinars including collation of materials and capturing of information
-Managing customer databases and other internal systems in order to support the sales team
Liaising with:
-Internal sales, services and finance team
-Marketing agencies and suppliers
Skills/ Experience
-Strong communication and presentation skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft office Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook and Adobe programs
-Excellent organization skills, attention to detail
-Goal focused and action orientated
-Self-motivated and takes ownership of work
-A strong team player
-Shows agility and flexibility
Salary: £23,000.00 to £25,000.00 /year
