1. 구인(업무) 내용 :
To provide DMS engineer support, control the job allocation to the engineers (WIP) and manage the stock levels of incoming service parts.
• To track customer units allocated for repair (WIP management).
• To enter repair details from engineers and close repair on GSFS.
• To order service parts and match with repairs when arrived in LGC and locate in parts store
• Management of parts inventory.
• Generate weekly productivity reports.
• To issue parts to engineers when required
• Require flexible approach to work environment in workshop within short notice period.
• Any other ad-hoc duties or responsibilities as required and requested by Line Managers.
Person Specification:
Ability to multi-task with excellent organisational skills, Excellent Written and Verbal communication, Microsoft applications - Excel, Word, Power point.
