Hansbiomed was established in 1993 in Korea and we are now a UK-based market-leading supplier of aesthetic medical devices (MINT PDO).
Our sales grew by 500% last accounting period, we are looking to expand its sales team covering the UK and Europe.
We manufacture and distribute our product lines to clients such as dental, spine, cosmetic, and plastic surgery supplies.
Our main product MINT PDO is the most vital facial lifting thread in the market and our clients in the UK are eager to try it out.
Responsibilities
The role is field-based which will require working away from home as required, therefore overnight stays can be expected.
• Delivering and exceeding agreed sales targets for the aesthetic medical device portfolio
• Regularly recruit doctors to attend hands-on training, various virtual and offline conferences, and follow up with the results
• Building relationships with clients and generating new business/sales leads
• Managing client accounts and meetings to promote brand awareness and building professional relationships with doctors (require weekend work and travelling)
• Reporting weekly/monthly/quarterly sales and professional correspondences
• Ad hoc duties when needed
Requirements
• Key Account Management experience with the tailored sales approach
• Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills
• Over a year of sales experience
• Proven track record of sales & exceeding sales targets
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
• Travelling is required to EU countries for the exhibitions or conferences
Other Requirements
• Must be fluent in English
• Legally authorised to work in the UK
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Confident and comfortable talking to prospects
• Medical or aesthetic background is preferred but not essential
• Being Bilingual in Korean is an advantage but not essential
• Distinct advantage if you currently sell devices into the aesthetics or cosmetic surgery industry
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Basic Salary: £28k ~ £33k
Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9 am to 5 pm (including 1-hour lunchtime)
Location: Wimbledon, South West London, UK
