1. 업무내용 :

We are now looking for a friendly and engaging Coffee Shop Assistant to join Page8 Hotel, St. Martins Place, London.

Page Hotels, the home of urban explorers, is a lifestyle brand that connects people to people. Our hotels offer a full immersion into the heart of the city; the way locals know and love. Set in a prime location, right next to Trafalgar Square, Page8 is a design-led 138 room hotel inclusive of Page Common, part-bar and part coffeehouse. It provides the perfect spot for exploring all that London offers!


As Barista, you will
• As Barista, you have a true passion for service and coffee. Your main area of responsibility will be to engage with guests and ensure they have an exceptional time and always lookout for new ways of improving the service and atmosphere in Page Common.
• A Barista typically works eight-hour shifts. This position is a full-time day shift, with hours determined based on business needs and together with your availability.
• Have full knowledge of the food and drink offering in PageCommon
• Have a full understanding of coffee culture and share necessary knowledge with guests
• Prepare PageCommon for service, and maintain a tidy and enjoyable environment at all times
• Replenish fridges, dry goods and coffee machines and prepare mise en place of all food and beverage items prior to the shift
• Greet and serve guests in a personalised, polite and friendly manner
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all menu items provided and identifying opportunities for up-selling and promoting when appropriate
• Take orders, serve guests and process card and cash payments with care
• Prepare and serve all food & beverage items on the menu
• Ensure team members work together and communicate to provide a continuously high standard of service to our guests
• Report and follow up on any comments, VIP arrivals or guest queries as they occur
• Generate revenue by attracting new customers and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the coffee industry trends, culture and market.
• Assist with other departments, as necessary Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Excellent command of spoken English
• Strong customer focus and ability to engage and connect with guests
• Ability to multitask and prioritise
• A desire to provide exceptional customer service
• Flexibility to work a variety of shift patterns
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to speak additional languages is highly desirable
• Proven Experience/Education Level
• Preferably experience working in a coffee shop serving high-quality coffee in a fast-paced and busy environment


As Coffee Shop Assistant, you will
•Replenish fridges, dry goods and coffee machines and ensure all food and beverage items are ready for service
•Set up and maintain Page Common to the highest standards of cleanliness and welcoming guest atmosphere at all times
•Greet and serve guests in a personalised, polite and friendly manner
•Take orders, serve guests and process card and cash payments with care
•Prepare and serve all food & beverage items on the menu

As Coffee Shop Assistant, you will have
•Preferably some experience working in a restaurant or coffee shop
•Strong customer focus and ability to engage and connect with guests
