K-People Europe is a recruitment consultancy specialized in Korean speaking jobs with a dedicated Korean national recruitment consultant.

Our client is looking for a Korean speaking Sales Operator.

[Responsibilities]
(1) Sales Order process at SAP (Including PSI updating)
(2) Domestic Sales / Purchase
(3) Managing daily Purchase order
(4) Arranging Order Deliveries
(5) Tracking and analyses the delivery
(6) Creating monthly sales invoices
(7) Stock level check and forecast
(8) Placing Purchase order
(9) Incoming stock check (International / EU)
(10) Screening in transit shipment
(11) Settling incoming items to SAP and warehouse
(12) Ensure quality of all services and processes within the facility
(13) Respond to customer enquiries
(14) Communicate with Branch, Sales and Warehouse
(15) Answering the Sales inquiring
(16) Typing and setting up documents such as letters and reports
(17) Keeping computer records up to date
(18) Supporting Finance & Sales Department

[Requirements]
(1) Must be fluent in both Korean & English
(2) Minimum 2 years of relevant experience such as sales coordinator, sales admin, logistics
(3) Proficient in MS Office packages
(4) Any ERP(preferably SAP) experience highly desirable
(5) Analytical, organized and good attention to detail
(6) Organizational and time-management skills to complete tasks to deadlines

[Working conditions]
(1) Job type: full-time/permanent
(2) Job location: Guildford, Surrey (car park available, free shuttle from/to Guildford rail station)
  * Due to Covid-19 situation, remote working is available after handover period.
(3) Basic salary: up to 34K (negotiable depending on experience)
(4) Performance based bonus, pension
(5) Official working hours: 8am~4:30pm
(6) Annual paid leave: 30 days (including 8 Bank/Public Holidays)
