K-People Europe is a recruitment consultancy specialized in Korean speaking jobs with a dedicated Korean recruitment consultant working in London since 2007.
Our client, a global blue chip company, is looking for a Korean speaking Sales Administrator.
[Responsibilities]
(1) Process and register sales(B2B) leads into sales system
(2) Based on sales information create weekly/monthly report
(3) Actively engage with vendors and clients to process sales activities effectively
(4) Engage with other UK team (i.e. procurement team), HQ to resolve any sales related issues.
(5) Create sales related documents such as Quotation, Purchase Order, and Invoice etc.
(6) Invoicing customers and follow-up
(7) Update all contact information for clients
(8) Other necessary administrative work including presenting sales team with necessary documents
(9) Contract management with clients
(10) Invoice management – billing and sending
(11) Forecasting teams monthly and yearly sales revenue and profit
(12) Completing monthly closing tasks
[Requirements]
(1) Must be fluent in both Korean & English
(2) Attention to detail with excellent numerical skills
(3) Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
(4) Excellent MS Excel skills (must have experience with Pivot Table, vLookup)
(5) Strong teamwork skills and ability to work across multiple functions and organizational areas
[Conditions]
(1) Job location: Weybridge, Surrey (on-site car park & free shuttle from/to Weybridge rail station)
(2) Hybrid working: 3~4 days in the office & 1~2 days work from home
(3) Job type: full-time & 1 year contract (subject to be renewed or become permanent)
(4) Hours of work: 9am~5:30pm
(5) Annual basic salary: up to 32K (depending on experience)
(6) Performance based bonus, pension, life assurance, private medical insurance, etc.
(7) Annual leave: 33 (25 holidays + 8 bank holidays)
