SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
Candidates with expertise in Amadeus
Excellent fares knowledge including Ticket issues, Reissue, Revalidation, and refund
EMD issue, Amadeus ticket changer, and reissue manual constructions
Approachable with a good attitude and customer relationships
Ability to identify and solve problems before they occur
Be able to prioritize and show good work management skills in a fast-paced, heavy-volume working environment
Must be prepared to work that covers between 09:00 to 17:30
Merchandising by cross-selling and preferred supplier programs
Traveller profiling and updating
Development of Queue
*Required Skills: Minimum 1year of experience in Amadeus (Preferred) or other GDS
