Job Description:
As the MD Team Leader, you will:
Identify and analyze customer needs and global market trends.
Source products online and offline.
Plan and manage seasonal and in-house promotions.
Oversee social media channels (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook).
Analyze weekly and monthly orders.
Manage shipping and handle customer inquiries.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in the fashion industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
Proficiency in social media management and marketing strategies.
Experience in e-commerce and knowledge of fashion trends.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or Magento is preferred.
Working Conditions:
Full-time position
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
Annual salary: £39,000
Paid leave: 28 days including bank holidays
