<JOB DESCRIPTION>
Job Title: Return Support Junior Analyst
<Department Objectives:>
Provide after sales support to Customers and LGEUK departments. Reduce product returns within area of control Minimise the cost impact of returns to the business. Ensure all aspects of the Returns processes are completed effectively.
<Primary Objectives of the Role>
- Produce DR & Parts monthly Report as below and to global HQ (in Korean)
- Report to Operation Manager, SVC general manager, SVC director, MM, CFO, and sales Team
- Analyse Returns Trend by product/model/dealer
- Analyse of Returns inspection result
- Reduce Returns & Secure returns operation efficiency
- Analyse and diagnose returns trends on the basis of solid finding and facts
- Monitoring and support returns inspection and stock control
- Support RMA controller and Returns manager
- Participate TDR activities and produce related report and presentation material
- Analyse Returns trend by product/model/dealer
- Manage returns stock after receiving (resale, scrap & ship back to rejection)
- Process resale operation (Incl Communication with Business Partners)
- Procurement process for resale and scrap suppliers. Analyse data and request for approval from HQ
- Process scrap/ adjust-off operation
- Produce back-up data to rejection ship back
<Key challenges and responsibilities>
- Defective Return sales market price analyst
- Defective Return forecasting and plan
- RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) Management
- Return task management
- Return analysis and stock control
- Return operation organize
- RMA and QA data analysis and task creation
<Daily>
- Inventory check and control (Arrived stock validation against Approval)
- Support RMA controller and Returns Manager as requested
- Reply enquiries from HQ and SVC dept.
<Weekly>
- Process return sales
- DR trend report by product/model/dealer if required
- Stock transfer and adjust-off/scrap if required
<Monthly>
- Supporting DR monthly report
- Tight stock management at the end of month including Resale, adjust-off, Scrap and produce Back-up data for rejection ship back
- Validate and manage returns related invoices
- Analyse and diagnose if there is any abnormal patterns in returns by product/model/dealer For early alert on quality

• Strong administrative, communication and organizational skills
• Strong PC desktop application skills, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Resilient and hardworking/able to cope with fast paced environment
