Wireless Communication Engineer
Location: Watford (WD18 8)

Overview 
Accuver is a leading provider of wireless network test solutions, with its parent company based in South Korea (Innowireless). The European branch, located in Watford, supports customers across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Our product portfolio includes drive test and optimisation tools for 2G/3G/LTE/IoT/5G radio networks.

 Responsibilities 
- Provide technical support to Accuver customers on hardware and software. 
- Collaborate with the Product Management team to share customer feedback and contribute to product improvements with the R&D centre in South Korea.

Candidate Profile 
**Essential:** 
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written. 
- Eligible to work in the U.K. and willing to travel internationally.

**Preferred:** 
- Prior experience in IT technical support or wireless communication systems. 
- University graduates with a major in Computer Science or related fields, or a major in Wireless Communication or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC tools.
