The Role
We are looking for a Store Manager to lead our brand new branch coming soon, Oseyo Paddington. Training will be conducted in a nearby branch in London until store opening.
We require a dedicated individual who will be the key figure for overall store operations. You will not only be passionate about inspiring and engaging the team, but also be able to demonstrate brand values and exceptional work ethic.

Day-to-day activities and goals
- Building, managing, and providing support to your team, including recruitment, development, training, engagement of the team and other people management tasks.
- Controlling stocking and placing orders through internal system, ensuring stock accuracy.
- Working with the team to deliver excellent customer services and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Meeting operational targets and maximising sales.
- Optimizing operational efficiency and profitability.
- Complying with Health & Safety, Food Safety and Hygiene, and other legal standards.
- Handling store administrative duties and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Organising logistics and sorting deliveries which includes lifting heavy goods.
- Developing operational strategies to raise customers’ pool and expanding store traffic.
- Handling customer complaints or employee grievances.
- Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Manage the supermarket's budget, including monitoring expenses and minimizing waste.
- Ensure that the store is properly stocked with products and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Hire, train, and supervise supermarket staff, ensuring that they provide excellent customer service and follow company policies and procedures.
- Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures to maintain a safe and clean environment for staff and customers.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff and provide feedback and coaching to promote professional growth.
Conditions & Benefits
- 40 hours per week (excluding 1 hour break time per day)
- Annual performance bonus (Eligible after 3 months' probation)
- 28 days paid holiday (Including Bank Holidays)
