** Sales/Procurement Assistant **
We are a supplier& contractor in international aviation industry.
We require following position
***Location: SL3 (Closest Train station: Datchet)***
We are currently looking for adequately qualified and motivated candidates due to expand our business.
Working time: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday( including unpaid lunch break 30min)
Salary: £14 per hour
Monthly partial Travel Expense: ( After Probationary Period)
Probationary period: 6 months including a trial period.
Holiday: 20days + 8days bank holidays
Full-time, Temp to perm
Roles &Responsibility
He/she will be expected to:
Support sales team to manage vendors and customers response and update daily internal and external data accordingly
Source and Research items ( Price, Inventory etc.)
Prepare quotes on a daily basics
Learn our internal program: Training period will be required
Ideal Candidate Background:
Must have Bachelor University Degree or Equivalent Qualification
Ability to work under pressure as Job requires to meet tight deadlines
Excellent Microsoft Office skills (PPT, Word, Excel)
Good organizational and time management skills
Must be a good team player and Can-do attitude
Responsible and Flexible
Excellent communication skills at all level
