About Us
We’re a market-leading supplier of aesthetic medical devices who opened its new London office. We’re looking for a part-time ‘Office Administrator’ who can work 20 hours a week to join our small and friendly team as we grow our business. The ideal candidate will help us by using your administrative skills to support both our marketing, operation, and account teams.
Responsibilities
• Conducting research on competitors and gathering other relevant information
• Assisting in managing social media, email marketing and offline events
• Organising travel and transport requirements for the team
• Dealing with product shipments
• Working closely with the internal teams
• Communicating with head office and US office to be aligned in brand guideline
• CRM and mailchimp management
• Ad hoc duties when needed
Requirements
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work well with others
• Advanced level in MS office. (Test will be provided)
• Good understanding of multicultural working environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
Other Requirements
• Must be fluent in English
• Legally authorised to work in the UK
Conditions
• Job type: Part-time
• Job location: Hammersmith, London
• Working hours: 8 am – 4 pm (including lunch time) / 3 days, 20 hours per week
• Hourly Rate: £10
