XPLORA 는 Family IoT Platform & Service 를 유럽 및 미주 지역 대상으로 제공하는 ICT 기업입니다. 영국에서 유럽 Logistic 지원 업무를 담당할 팀원을 구하고 있습니다.

1. 모집분야 : Business Operation Staff
      - Stock management
      - Sales order processing
      - Communicate with CS Team and Warehouse
      - Placing PO
      - Updating Daily Stock Report
      - Inspection of Returned Goods
      - Technical support

2. 자격조건 :
- 영어 Speaking / Writing 가능하신 분
- 영국법상 취업에 결격 사유 없으신분
- MS Office (Word, Excel ) 사용 가능하신 분

3. 고용형태 :
- Part or Full Timer (근무시간대 협의 조정 가능)
- 근무지 뉴몰든 지역

4. 급여조건 :
- 개별 인터뷰 후 합의
- Part time 경우 하루 4시간
        -      Full Time (9-5, 30Mins lunch time included)
-  2 weeks probation for a part timer
- 4 weeks probation for a full timer

[Responsibilities]
Sales Order Processing (Dispatch Replacement and Sales Order to allocated warehouse)
Shipping Replacement and Sales Order
Communicate with CS Team and Warehouse.
Placing Purchase Order for Packing Materials
Updating Daily Stock Report for Major Products
Updating Weekly and Monthly Stock Report for all warehouse
Screening Dispatch Status for B2B orders and Report to the Manager
Inspection of Returned Goods and Report to the Manager
Refurbishing of Non-defective Returned Goods.
Supporting CS, Sales and Finance

[Requirements]
Must be fluent in English
Relevant experience such as sales coordinator, sales admin, logistics is desirable.
Proficient in MS Office Packages
Analytical, organized and good attention to detail


[Working Conditions]
Job Type: full-time/permanent
Job Location: New Malden, Surrey
Due to the role, remote working is not available.
Basic Salary: 22K and 24K in London.
Official Working Hours: 9am – 5pm (30mins lunch time included)
Annual Paid Leave: 20 days + Bank Holidays

The candidate must be eligible to work full-time in UK immediately without any visa restriction.
