K-People Europe is a recruitment consultancy specialized in Korean speaking jobs with a dedicated Korean recruitment consultant working in London since 2007.
Our client, a reputable international law firm, is looking for a Korean speaking Sales Support & Client Liaison.
[Purpose of the Job]
Undertakes administrative job duties as it pertains to the Korean Services. Utilises skills to provide team members the environment where they can maximise business success.
[Key Responsibilities]
(1) Generates and processes new sales leads as necessary
(2) Communicates with Korean clients to understand inquiries and concerns
(3) Translates queries from Korean clients into English, supports solicitors to understand Korean cultural and customary background
(4) Translates advice from English to Korean for Korean clients, follows them up when necessary
(5) Prepares proposals, client engagement letters, weekly news letters, and other sales and marketing documents
(6) Organises legal seminars/webinars and other marketing events
(7) Maintain Clients data, documents & files, or reports to the sales team
(8) Updates and maintains all contact information of clients
(9) Works with the accounting team to ensure all invoices are prepared and sent timely and correctly
[Requirements]
(1) Fluent in written and spoken English and Korean
(2) Up to 2 years’ experience working in a client-focused position
(3) Excellent communication & inter-personal skills
(4) Ability to liaise and communicate confidently at board, director and MD level
(5) Good understanding of Korean/Far Eastern working culture to enable effective and confident client interactions
(6) Excellent MS Office skills
(7) Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities
(8) Self-starter, able to work using own initiative, and good team player
[Conditions]
(1) Job location: City of London (Bank area)
(2) Job type: full-time & permanent
(3) Official working hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm
(4) Annual basic salary range: 25~30K (depending on experience)
(5) Performance based commission, pension, life insurance, medical insurance
(6) 33 days of annual holiday (25 holidays + 8 bank holidays)
