Job Title: Sales executive
Salary: 40,000 pounds per annum
Work hours: 40 hours per week

Job Description:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Qualify leads, conduct product demonstrations, and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Respond to inquiries from customers, provide product information, and suggest suitable products or services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle customer complaints or issues professionally.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Analyze market data to identify potential opportunities for growth and new sales strategies.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to maximize profitability.
- Follow up with clients after closing the sale to ensure a smooth transition and delivery of products or services.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
- Attend Food Exhibitions and meeting overseas suppliers, if and when required, to find new products and sales opportunities.
- Report to the management.
Skills and experience:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Both written and verbal in English and Korean or Chinese is an advantage.
- Strong ability to understand customer needs and present relevant solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Proficiency in office software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
