우리는 런던에 위치한 카페 및 플랜트 소매, 그리고 다양한 공간 렌탈을 주로 하는 10년 차 운영되고 있는 업체로, 창의적인 작업과 예쁜 디스플레이에 재능 있는 플로리스트를 찾고 있습니다. 저희가 운영하고 있는 여러 타입의 공간들을 장식하고 소매 꽃도 마련하며 또 호텔, 코워킹 스페이스, 컬리지 등의 정규 고객에게 꽃을 매주 제공하는 업무입니다.

주 업무 내용

최소 매주 1회 이상 정기적으로 근무 가능해야 함 (시간 및 요일은 탄력적으로 조정 가능)
꽃과 플랜트를 온라인으로 매주 주문 해야 하며, 매주 네덜란드에서 배달이 올 예정입니다.
기업 고객의 클라이언트의 선호도, 테마, 이벤트 요구 사항을 이해합니다.
꽃꽂이, 센터피스, 부케 및 기타 장식 요소를 구상하고 공간에 따라 디자인하여 만듭니다.
확립된 자신의 디자인 원칙과 기술에 따라 꽃을 준비하고 배열합니다.
이벤트 장소에 꽃 디스플레이를 설치하며 적절한 배치와 표현을 보장합니다.
필요에 따라 이벤트 현장에서 꽃 설치 및 철거를 지원합니다.

자격 요건

최소 2년 이상의 플로리스트 경력.
디자인에 대한 예리한 감각과 고급스러운 미학.
본인의 작업을 보여주는 포트폴리오를 갖춘 입증된 경력.
부케 제작 및 꽃 관리 등 디자인 기술에 대한 숙련도.
세부 사항과 미학에 대한 날카로운 안목을 가진 강한 예술적 능력과 창의적 비전.
결혼식 및 이벤트 꽃꽂이 디자인 경험.
시간을 효율적으로 관리하고 독립적으로 작업할 수 있는 능력.

지원자는 다음 조건을 충족해야 합니다

에너지 넘치는 성격: 빠르게 변화하는 고에너지 환경과 마감 기한을 맞추는 데 능숙해야 합니다.
신체적으로 능력 있음: 최대 30파운드까지 들어 올리고, 사다리를 타고 다양한 현장에서 작업할 수 있어야 합니다.
시간 엄수: 항상 제 시간에 도착.
프리랜서: 영국에서 근무할 수 있는 자격이 있어야 합니다.

We are a London-based business specialising in café and space rentals, seeking a creative and talented florist for upcoming events.

Job Responsibilities

Must be available to work regularly at least once a week (hours and days are flexible).
Understand client preferences, themes, and event requirements.
Conceptualise, design, and create floral arrangements, centrepieces, bouquets, and other decorative elements based on the space and theme.
Prepare and arrange flowers according to established design principles and techniques.
Set up floral displays at event venues, ensuring proper placement and presentation.
Provide on-site support during events, including installation and teardown of floral arrangements.
Stay up to date with current floral design trends and techniques.
Order flowers online and manage weekly deliveries.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in floral design.
A keen eye for design and an elevated aesthetic.
Proven experience as a floral designer, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in floral design techniques, including bouquet construction and flower care.
Strong artistic ability and creative vision, with attention to detail and aesthetics.
Experience in wedding and event floral design.
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.

Candidates Must Have

Energetic personality: Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, and deadline-driven environment.
Physically able: Able to lift up to 30lbs, climb ladders, and work at various locations.
Punctual: Always on time.
Freelance: Must be authorised to work in the UK.
