Jang, located in the Mezzanine of the iconic Royal Exchange, is seeking dedicated and talented back-of-house professionals to join our family as a Chef de Partie.

The ideal candidate will:

Have previous experience in a similar role within Asian cuisine restaurant.
Be highly motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic.
Have a passion, personal drive, and can-do attitude.
Be excellent team player.
Be excited to produce amazing high quality and sustainable food products.
Understand Health & Safety legislation.
Have knowledge of Korean and Japanese cuisine – you will be a good fit as well if you are willing to learn.
Have legal rights to work in UK.

Monday to Saturday.
