1. Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and versatile individual to support our day-to-day operations at GS REDC’s construction project site. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including basic financial tasks, invoice and payroll support, recruitment coordination, and general office administration. The position also requires communication with internal teams and external stakeholders, as well as providing on-site support to management staff. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
2. Responsibilities
-Account control (Cash state monitoring, monthly In & Out report).
-Invoice management (receive, verify and file invoices per account, liaison with parties to ensure accurate invoice to be issued).
-Transaction (across 70-80 accounts appx.)
-Payroll management
-Recruitment
-Public relation (liaison with public stakeholders)
-Site general affairs (including assistance for Korean managers, office administration)
-All tasked assigned to be reported to GS manager (line manager: Johnny Han)

4. Requirements
-1-2 years experience in Accounting/Finance & HR role.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (ex. Excel, PowerPoint) & Notion is highly desirable.
-Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
-Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with internal/external stakeholders.
-Ability to work from 08:00-17:00 (Monday to Friday, 40hours per week)
-Fluent in Korean and English (Korean language proficiency is preferrable)
-Applicants must have the right to work full-time in the UK. Please state your visa status and expiry date clearly on your CV.

Contract length: 5 months

£30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
