[Caffe Shop Assistant]

서비스직종 경력과 호텔 관련 전공자, 음식조리가 익숙한 분을 우대하며, 카페 경력이 없더라도 지원 가능합니다.
카페어시스턴트는 주로 조식과 브런치 조리 및 디저트 제조를 하고, 바리스타 업무를 보조합니다.

1. 업무내용 :

We are now looking for a friendly and engaging Coffee Shop Assistant to join Page8 Hotel, St. Martins Place, London.

Page Hotels, the home of urban explorers, is a lifestyle brand that connects people to people. Our hotels offer a full immersion into the heart of the city; the way locals know and love. Set in a prime location, right next to Trafalgar Square, Page8 is a design-led 138 room hotel inclusive of Page Common, part-bar and part coffeehouse. It provides the perfect spot for exploring all that London offers!

[ Key accountabilities ]

As Coffee Shop Assistant, you will

Replenish fridges, dry goods and coffee machines and ensure all food and beverage items are ready for service
Set up and maintain Page Common to the highest standards of cleanliness and welcoming guest atmosphere at all times
Greet and serve guests in a personalised, polite and friendly manner
Take orders, serve guests and process card and cash payments with care
Prepare and serve all food & beverage items on the menu

[ As Coffee Shop Assistant, you will have ]

Preferably some experience working in a restaurant or coffee shop
Strong customer focus and ability to engage and connect with guests
A desire to provide exceptional customer service
Good command of spoken English, ability to multitask and prioritise
Flexibility to work a variety of shift patterns (8 hour shifts in a 5-day work week)
