We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SCM Specialist (Junior Level) to support our demand planning and logistics operations, including coordination with our 3PL partners.
In this role, you’ll assist with forecasting by maintaining and updating demand plans based on sales, marketing, and inventory data. You’ll work closely with HQ and internal teams to help ensure accurate stock levels and smooth product flow.
You’ll also support logistics operations such as tracking import shipments, managing documentation, and coordinating with our warehouse and transport partners to ensure timely delivery to retailers and customers.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their supply chain career to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global environment.
[Principal Accountabilities]

⦁ Assist in developing and updating demand plans for sellable, non-sellable products and samples by using historical order data, POS data, inventory levels, sell-thru performance, discontinued item timelines, and promotional activity insights.
⦁ Support the creation of demand forecasts at multiple levels (brand, category, SKU) across various time horizons for the UK, Nordics, and EU regions.
⦁ Help review historical sales trends and prepare data for forecasting, including identifying demand drivers and supporting the development of basic statistical forecast models.
⦁ Participate in monthly S&OP meetings with Sales, Marketing, and Logistics teams to support demand and supply alignment.
⦁ Assist in coordinating with cross-functional teams to reconcile forecast variances and incorporate updated commercial plans into forecasting models.
⦁ Communicate with HQ (Korea), GM, Sales, Marketing, Retailers, and Logistics teams to gather accurate forecast inputs and highlight risks such as stock shortages or surplus inventory.
⦁ Monitor trends in forecast accuracy and support reporting on key forecast metrics.
⦁ Maintain regular demand planning reports and ensure data accuracy in forecasting tools.
⦁ Help validate supply plans against demand forecasts to maintain healthy inventory levels at the warehouse and retailer locations.
⦁ Collaborate with HQ to gather product and sample information as needed.
Logistics
⦁ Monitor stock levels and support timely product deliveries to retailers in coordination with warehouse and logistics partners.
⦁ Assist in managing POS and SAP systems, including SKU creation, order entry, confirmation, product allocation, and cost coding.
⦁ Participate in monthly warehouse shipping schedules and coordinate with retailer partners to ensure smooth delivery.
⦁ Support inventory and material control activities to improve stock accuracy and reduce discrepancies.
⦁ Help track incoming shipments and maintain updated shipment reports.
⦁ Follow up on PO status, shipment timelines, and arrival confirmations.
⦁ Create and process POs and invoices to manage stock levels effectively.
⦁ Maintain accurate records of inbound, outbound, and transfer inventory transactions.
⦁ Provide general administrative support on logistics tasks and other duties assigned by the General Manager.
[Qualification and Experience]
⦁ 2+ years of experience in a similar role is preferred (internship or placement experience will be considered), preferably in the beauty industry.
