We are now seeking an experienced and motivated Logistics & Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting our regional business operations.

Salary & Benefits
• Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience)
• Hybrid Working: 1 day per week from home (after successful completion of probation period)

Job Overview
The Logistics & Sales Operations Coordinator will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to both the sales and logistics teams. This role ensures the smooth processing of sales orders, timely delivery of products, and accurate coordination between internal departments and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Administration
• Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative support and documentation.
• Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices.
• Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports.
• Communicate with clients regarding order status, delivery schedules, and after-sales support.
• Track and report on sales performance metrics.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence from clients.
• Support ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Logistics Coordination
• Manage daily shipping operations for the UK and EU, including invoicing and Proof of Delivery (POD) management.
• Handle Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA), warranty registrations, and demo stock tracking.
• Monitor inventory, resolve stock discrepancies, and maintain order forecasts.
• Communicate proactively with sales teams and customers about ETAs, delays, and fulfilment updates.
• Maintain and update CRM systems (Salesforce) and ensure accurate data entry for discontinued or replacement products.
• Prepare weekly PSI (Production, Sales, Inventory) reports and monthly stock/shipping reports for management and shareholders.
• Support sales forecasting and ensure data consistency across systems (e.g. SAGE ERP).
• Liaise with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure timely product delivery and service performance.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar logistics and/or sales operations role (preferred, but full training provided).
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Proficiency with ERP, SAGE, CRM (Salesforce), and inventory management systems.
• Excellent communication skills in both Korean and English (verbal and written).
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
