Focus Art Fair is an international art platform that spotlights contemporary Asian art within the global market. It offers a curatorial-driven fair experience with innovative programmes that emphasise artistic engagement. Held in cities such as London, New York, and Paris, it serves as a cultural bridge connecting galleries, collectors, and institutions.
Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and proactive individual who can support our team through high-quality visual design, digital content creation, and effective communication with internal and external partners. This role requires strong design skills, digital fluency, and excellent organisational abilities.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Visual Design (2D & 3D)
Produce visual assets required for proposals, presentations, and internal company materials.
Create 2D and 3D design resources to support exhibitions, marketing, and branding needs.
Develop clean, professional design layouts for client-facing and internal documents.
Use Canva and other design tools to generate visually compelling content.
2. Digital Content & Platform Management
Manage and update the company website with new content, announcements, and visuals.
Plan, create, and publish content for social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Maintain consistent brand identity across all digital platforms.
Track engagement and adjust content strategies when needed.
3. Communications
Support smooth communication with internal teams, external partners, galleries, and collaborators.
Assist in drafting emails, coordination messages, and materials for meetings.
Represent the company professionally in written and verbal communication.
4. Language Requirements
Fluent English is essential.
Korean language skills are highly desirable.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience with Canva and general design software.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
Interest or experience in art fairs, exhibitions, or cultural events is a plus.
Monday-Friday office work (35-40 hours weekly)
