About KWT Design
KWT Design is a growing creative and digital design studio working across branding, web design, content, and media. We are building a strong in-house creative team and are looking for a skilled Content Creator to play a central role in producing high-quality visual and multimedia content across our platforms and client work.

About the Role
We are seeking a versatile Content Creator with strengths in graphic design, web design support, podcast/video editing, and social media content creation. This is a full-time, in-office role, five days per week (Monday–Friday), suited to someone who enjoys working across multiple creative disciplines and taking ownership of end-to-end content production.

You will be responsible for creating engaging, on-brand content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn, alongside broader design and media responsibilities.



Key Responsibilities
• Design graphics for social media, websites, marketing materials, and brand assets
• Create and edit social media content for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, including static, video, and short-form formats
• Edit podcast and video content, including cutting, audio balancing, captions, and formatting for digital platforms
• Support web design work, including visual assets, layout updates, and basic front-end content tasks
• Develop creative ideas for social and digital campaigns in collaboration with the wider team
• Ensure all content aligns with KWT Design’s brand guidelines and visual identity
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines


Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience in content creation, graphic design, or a similar creative role
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools
• Experience editing video and podcast content using tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Understanding of social media content formats and best practices, particularly for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn
• Basic understanding of web design principles (layout, UI, visual hierarchy, responsive design)
• Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
Desirable (but Not Essential)
• Experience with custom code websites
• Motion graphics or basic animation experience
• Familiarity with content scheduling or social media management tools
• An interest in branding, digital media, or podcast production
