K-People Europe is a recruitment consultancy specialized in Korean speaking jobs with a dedicated Korean recruitment consultant working in London since 2007.
Our client, a global blue chip company, is looking for a Korean speaking Sales Administrator who will be responsible for all kinds of sales activities such as customer contract management and communication, monthly invoicing, monthly/yearly business performance forecasts including revenue and profit prediction, project execution from supplier contracts, and product/service delivery/implementation to payment to vendors, project profit management and project closing.
The company is running a single ERP system globally to process all business transactions so an understanding of SAP structure will be highly desirable for this job.
[Key Responsibilities]
(1) Process global-single ERP system transactions as a salesperson and a project manager from preparing quotations, making contracts, creating and issuing invoices to project completion
(2) Liaise with the internal stakeholders e.g. procurement team, to ensure timely project completion and deliveries of the services
(3) Yearly and monthly business performance forecasting and reporting via Excel
(4) Month-end closing including invoicing to customers and payment to suppliers
(5) Liaise with the finance department and asset manager for IT assets management in the internal databases for both finance and operations
[Requirements]
(1) Must be advanced level for Excel(formula, pivot table, VLOOKUP) *Excel test during interview process
(2) Experience of ERP system(preferably SAP) is an advantage
(3) Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise and disseminate a significant amount of numbers & data
(4) Ability to work under pressure & achieve and work with deadline
[Conditions]
(1) Job location: Weybridge, Surrey (on-site car park & free shuttle from/to Weybridge rail station)
(2) Job type: full-time & 1 year contractor(subject to be extended)
(3) Hours of work: 9am~5:30pm
(4) Salary: daily rate £135~140 (equivalent to annual £35,000~36,000, depending on experience)
