We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Baker to join our bakery team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have a willingness to learn and grow in the baking industry.

As a Baker, you will support the head baker by preparing ingredients, assisting in the baking process, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, and ensuring the highest quality of products for our customers.

Time Starts from 2:30AM. Finishes depends on work, maximum 11AM…

Key Responsibilities:
preparation and baking of bread, pastries, and May assist in cakes, and other baked goods.
Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients according to recipes.
Operate bakery equipment (e.g., mixers, ovens, and proofers).
Ensure that all products are baked to the highest standards of quality and consistency.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area, including workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
Assist with inventory control and the ordering of supplies.
Package and label baked goods for display and sale.
Help with customer service when needed, including answering questions about products.
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment is a plus, but not required.
Strong interest in baking and willingness to learn new techniques.
Ability to work in a team and take direction from the head baker.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills.
