I am from the UK and I have been teaching English privately for over 10 years. I have a master’s degree (Warwick Business School) and I am also a Korean speaker, so I am familiar with the relevant lingual and cultural differences. I have considerable experience teaching people from corporate backgrounds (e.g. Samsung Group, Hyundai Group, KoreanRe etc.) undergraduate and postgraduate students, as well as teenagers and younger children (pre-GCSE age). I provide high quality instruction and/or advice with regards to the following:
• A Level English (especially text analysis)
• GCSE English
• Grammar/ESOL (tenses, conditionals, reported speech, modal verbs, article usage etc.)
• Common Entrance Exam preparation (11+ and 13+)
• IELTS Preparation
• General conversational English (with constant feedback, corrections and relevant notes)
• Proofreading and editing (dissertations, essays, corporate presentations/reports, personal statements (e.g. for university or school applications)
• CVs/cover letter advice
• Pronunciation and accent reduction
Prices
・£30 per hour for one-to-one classes
(£40 for two people, or £15 per-person for 3 or more students)
・Editing/proof-reading: £20 per 1000 words/ £1.50 per 100 words
