We have 1 Double ensuite bedrooms now available (4 women currently occupy the house) in a 5 bed house for immediate move in.
We prefer FEMALE
There are long term tenants in the house so looking for someone who wants to stay minimum of 1 year.
Existing tenants are all 30 years or older
This is a NON smoking household

Room features new Double bed & mattress with storage drawers, chest of drawers, TV and walk in closet
There is an additional bathroom which is shared amongst other tenants. There is an additional WC toilet on the ground floor.

10-15 minute walk to new malden (25 mins to waterloo) train station, major bus routes and new malden high street which features a large Waitrose and a Tescos and all the variety of shops on the high street.
