There is WiFi , Hot water, central heating, and no curfew but just be quiet when you come home late.
There are lots of cooking utensils in my kitchen which you can use freely. We will provide you kitchen cupboard space for storing your foods. Also you will get a section in the fridge for you to use.
You can use the kettle, stove, washing machine, microwave, toaster whenever you like. And there has been many tenants live at my property before and many do leave cooking pans, rice cooker, Korean chopsticks, spoons, etc. so you won't have to buy your own.
However, consumables we expect you to buy yourself. These include detergents, toilet paper, food, etc.

The rent is 450 per month which includes all bills. Deposit is 2 weeks, minimum stay is 3 months, leaving notice is 2 weeks.
There is currently 3 people living in the property, 2 are older Chinese people and 1 Korean lady.
