- 집 앞 5분거리에 버스정류장이 있어 44, 271, 263, 17번 버스 이용가능

- 위 버스타고 5-10분 거리로 피카딜리 라인(Holloway Road Station)/ 빅토리아 라인(Highbury&Islington Station) 이용가능

- 집 바로 앞에 작은 공원이 있어 안전하고 답답함 없이 생활 가능

- 주변에 M&S, Aldi, Sainsbury, Tesco, Waitrose 마트 이용가능

- 방은 그라운드 층으로 방 바로 앞에 분리된 화장실, 옆에는 키친이 있으며 킹사이즈 침대, 캐비넷 등 가구 포함됩니다.

- 개인방 이외에 하우스 모든 공간은 집주인께서 청소해주시고 휴지나 소모품 등 제공해주셔서 따로 구매하실 필요없어요.

A nice and clean Double Room available in Holloway/Archway N19 4LZ, Islington (Zone 2). It is for one person occupancy.
Minimum letting period is 6 months.

Weekly rent is £145 including bills (including: council tax, gas, electricity, water, fibre broadband) (only tv license not covered). Deposit is £500 (will be refunded on the last day of the stay).

You will be provided table, chair, mirrors, chest drawer and wardrobe in the room. Shared facilities are kitchen, bathroom, toilet, washing machine, and back garden (easier for drying clothes).

You will share the house with a friendly family of 4, my kids age 8 and 10.

** Everyone who lives here is causious about COVID19, everytime we go out will wear mask and regular wash hand. So you will be very safe staying here!

Furthermore, the house benefits from a safe and lovely environment. There is a park just in front of the house. It locates in a very convenient location, nearby there are various banks, supermarkets, GPs, B&Q, Odeon, pounds shop, restaurants, bars, and weekend market etc.

Closer tubes are:
- Holloway Station (Picaddilly Line),
- Archway Station (Northern Line),
- Upper Holloway Station (Overground)

** From home to Central London like trafalgar square, China town etc :
- 30 min by bus
- 20 min by underground

** From home walking to
- closest bus stop (271, 43, 17, 263): 5 min.
- Upper holloway over ground station: 5 min
